Sunday Service
What to Expect
Worship
Our worship service begins at 11:00 AM. Worship is often associated with music, however, we can worship when we sing, listen to Bible teaching, apply biblical principles, and eat a meal together. Our time together is designed to encourage an atmosphere of worshiping God from beginning to end.
Dress Code
We don’t have one. Dress up or dress casual. All we ask is that you dress for success in worship. Our primary goal is to worship God and as long as your dress doesn’t distract from worship, go for it!
Order of Service
10:30 Fellowship
Join us for some pre-worship fellowship over coffee and donuts!
10:45 Children’s Classes
Due to a lack of seating, we are now offering separate children’s classes for the duration of the worship service. Feel free to sign your children into their age appropriate class downstairs. If you would like to keep your children with you, that’s fine too!
11:00 Begin with Music
Music
Grab some coffee and a seat and get ready to sing. Our music is all about God. We believe that if we can learn to worship God, we become less concerned about ourselves. Our band is very talented and we play a variety of songs. If you want more specifics, come check us out!
Prayer
About mid-way through our worship service, we ask one of our regulars to pray for each other. It was a practice of the early church and it is our practice, too. If you are not on the prayer list, sign up HERE.
Grace Moment
Many times we have a 5-10 minute testimony from a Christian brother or sister who has experienced the grace of God and would like to share about it. Could this be you?
11:40 The Word of God
We believe that skillful living is about having the right tools for the right job. The Bible is the right tool to train us to live skillfully in this life. That means that you can expect the Word of God to be taught every time we get together. It also means that we expect to experience more joy and fulfillment out of life. So, get ready to live!
Lord’s supper
On the last Sunday of every month we ask all Christians who have accepted the triune God as their Lord and Savior to display their faith in Jesus. We do this by partaking together of the bread and juice as a symbol of our common covenant as Christ-followers who make disciples who make disciples. Please feel free to pass if you don’t consider yourself a Christian or if as a Christian you have personal reasons not to.
